The House was perfect for our family. The renovations of the home left it with all the charm of an older style home but gave it a beautiful modern update. The backyard was like your own private park. Sitting back there reading you forget you’re in the middle of a city. The hosts were extremely responsive and so nice. Perfect for a larger family or a group of friends. If we ever come back to Indianapolis we will definitely start there again.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We had everything we needed and more! Close to everything, spices in the cabinet, even spray starch for our clothes we had to iron - lol. Thanks for a great stay!

Josh was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The detailed information provided was precise & accurate from check in to check out that made for an easy transition from beginning to end.
Their home made our family feel at home by providing a gorgeous living space with large rooms, an open kitchen area with a pristine cooking area and counter space, as well as bedrooms that were very comfortable to sleep in.
The home was extremely clean with a welcoming fragrance. All the bed & shower linens had that fresh, laundry scent that everyone noticed. The landscaping was very detailed and had great curb appeal as well.
The outside courtyard was private, peaceful and a wonderful way to unwind in an inviting hot tub at the end of the day.
The hosts clearly cared about our stay and provided a well maintained home to share with our family. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return someday! Definitely an A+ experience that did not disappoint.

Josh’s home was perfect for our family getaway to Indy. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to downtown yet tucked into a charming, walkable neighborhood with great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The house itself is beautiful: historic character with a modern feel, upscale appliances, a relaxing hot tub, and a gorgeous backyard and landscaping. It had every amenity we needed. Josh was a wonderful host, and we’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Indianapolis.

Stayed a few nights
Beautiful home and peaceful back yard. The listing and pictures were spot on. We appreciated the hot tub and outdoor nooks to relax and enjoy the weather after a long sports day. Had everything we needed (even when the electricity went out unexpectedly). Josh was prompt in responding to allot my questions. He made my daughter's day by introducing her to his adorable dogs. By far, one of THE best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Very close to Mass Ave and Bottleworks (1/2 mile), but far enough that the traffic and pedestrians do not interrupt the quiet neighborhood. Walked home one day from the Convention Center (2 miles). No street parking was also a plus! Will reserve for future trips to Indy, without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was amazing - the amenities were perfect, everything was clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the entire space was neat, well stocked, and inviting.
We traveled to Indianapolis for a cooking competition - the kitchen was a chef’s dream! The pictures don’t do it justice.
It was large, clean, and all of the equipment functioned perfectly.
The location was also ideal. Every location we wanted to visit was under a 20 minute drive. We loved being so close to the downtown area to enjoy the features, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and relaxation.
I am already looking forward to our trip next year. I can’t wait to book again!!!

This was my second stay at this beautiful home & I loved it even more this time ❤️.
Josh & Liv are amazing hosts and amazingly kind people! Their home is drop dead gorgeous, pristinely clean, and is full of warmth & coziness!
The furniture is so comfy, the bed is dreamy, and the appliances are top notch! The backyard is beautiful, but, unfortunately, I could not partake this time, as it was covered under 20” of snow. But Josh & Liv made sure the sidewalks & entry to the house were completely shoveled and clear, which was so appreciated, and representative of who they are as hosts!
I just love this home so much! 5 stars all around! Thank you for an another amazing stay, and I look forward to my next one!

LOOK NO FURTHER! This is the perfect place for your trip to Indy! Stylish & comfortable with amazing tall ceilings, gourmet kitchen and equipped with everything you could need and more! The backyard retreat with hot tub made for a relaxing end to our fun filled days. Ideal location if you want to be close to beautiful downtown Indianapolis! Our host Josh was very accommodating, he was flexible with check-in & check-out time which was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had! The communication was super easy and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, we will definitely be back!
